If All Lives Mattered, there would be no need for a Black Lives Matter movement
If All Lives Mattered, there would be less Indigenous people dying in custody in Australia
If All Lives Mattered, you would know what is going on in West Papua and would do something about it
If All Lives Mattered, western countries would stop bombing and killing innocent people in the Middle East
If All Lives Mattered, you would actively work to stop Child Sex Slavery that happens the world over.
If All Lives Mattered, the wealth of the world would be shared and we would end world hunger and poverty
But these things are still happening and you choose to centre yourself when you say All Lives Matter, meaning it doesn’t change anything and that is the problem…
When we begin to work on ourselves, sometimes things get worse before they get better. It is okay if that happens, it’s the beginning of the process. It’s untangling old threads. Just flow with it. It takes time and effort to learn what we need to learn. Don’t demand instant change. Impatience is only resistance to learning. It means you want the goal without going through the process. Let yourself do it step by step. It will get easier as you go along.

Wishing everyone a great day…
Hello Friends ..
I wish everyone a great day.
Sometimes people are going through struggles, and personal strife and most of us don’t even realise it. We could have a friend or a family member or a coworker, and they may be showing a brave face, but deep down they may be going through there own personal hell, and you might not even realise it.
Appreciating is so critical in all aspects of our lives, and being aware allows us to show sensitivity and caring when people need it the most. Sometimes a simple smile or kind words can make a person’s day and help them get through a stressful day.
If you recognise anyone that might be feeling down, it might be a good idea to check in with them to see how they are feeling. We all need some kindness and tenderness in our lives.
I am sending everyone Positive Vibes and Love.
Peace and Love, Kindness 👐
