Achieving mindfulness during your daily activities will reveal great rewards, even in the most mundane of tasks.
Mindfulness is that space where you are in touch with life-experience, and you are brightly aware.
Do not allow precious moments to pass-by full of unnoticed experiences.
When you are unaware and lack mindfulness, you feel empty because life’s experiences are passing you by, leaving you hungry.
Experiences are meant to fill you.
When people do not partake of natural, common and essential experience through mindfulness, they often seek to fill their hunger artificially by chasing empty and destructive experiences.
The world is full of alluring, flashy and thrilling experiences, which are illusionary traps – they are paths to nowhere.
Once you transcend the illusions you will discover that – you – are the most thrilling experience you will ever have.
You are the greatest undiscovered adventure of your lifetime!
Love never dies a natural death. It dies because we don’t know how to replenish its source. It dies of blindness and errors and betrayals. It dies of illness and wounds; it dies of weariness, of witherings, of tarnishings.
Fear is not an unknown emotion to us.
It’s not that I’m afraid to die, I just don’t want to be there when it happens.
On the plus side, death is one of the few things that can be done just as easily lying down.
An insincere and evil friend is more to be feared than a wild beast; a wild beast may wound your body, but an evil friend will wound your mind.
The best remedy for those who are afraid, lonely or unhappy is to go outside, somewhere where they can be quiet, alone with the heavens, nature and God. Because only then does one feel that all is as it should be.
Fear not death for the sooner we die, the longer we shall be immortal.
We should never negotiate out of fear, but we should never fear to negotiate.
When you cease to make a contribution you begin to die.
Every man’s life ends the same way. It is only the details of how he lived and how he died that distinguish one man from another.

Live A Great Life The only true measure of success is the ratio between what we might have done and what we might have been on the one hand, and the things we have done and the things we have made of ourselves on the other.—H. G. Wells The Law of Correspondence is perhaps the most important of all laws in determining your success or failure in life. As we’ve dis- cussed in previous chapters, this law says that your outer world is a reflection of your inner world. It says that whatever you are on the inside, you will soon […]
Some of us have been through things so traumatic that the human mind isn’t built to handle but we fight and persevere every single day and night. If …
A few years ago when I was going through a stack of scrapbooks and albums that my dear friends had carefully put together and saved from their childhood. I came across one of my favourite handmade cards and noticed these words written in yellow pencil at the bottom of the card: “I feel like we are somebody important, and I know that we are”. When I read those words, I thought, “What was I thinking as a little person that caused them to write that”? At first, I thought it was cute and it made me chuckle, but those words kept going through my mind over and over. “What was I thinking”?
And finally I realized that inside every one of us, even as little children, the voice of God is saying, “You are made in My image. You are valuable, you are significant, and you are important in this life”. But sometimes life tries to drown out that voice and devalue us. Unfair things happen. People talk negatively about us. Somebody walks out of our life. I realize now that struggles and problems try to silence His voice, and we have to allow that voice to be strong in us. What really matters is who you are. You may feel insignificant, but God sees you as valuable and exceptional. He sees you as important.
The day that I read that handmade card with my signature butterflies and flowers, I realized just how much I want to keep that childlike wonder in the things of God. I told myself, “I may feel unqualified. I may not have the confidence I wish I had. I may feel as though I lack in my abilities. But God doesn’t see me that way. He sees me as strong, capable, and well able to do what He’s called me to do. And I know that I am”!
How you feel and what life has done to you doesn’t change the value of your life in the eyes of God. Remember, you “are God’s masterpiece” – Ephesians 2 verse 10. You are a masterpiece in His eyes. He’s already qualified you, and He’s left nothing out of you. Keep His voice clear and free from the debris of life. Spend your life well and make it count. Our great God has put so many amazing things in you, and He’s put assignments in your path that will make a difference in the lives of the people you love. He “has created you anew in Christ Jesus, so you can do the good things He planned for you long ago”. How you live your life matters.
TRUMP By Steve Brown – Whether the US 2020 election was truly stolen or not we will likely never know. The president himself doesn’t know since he failed to purge the palace that embarked on the palace coup that has seemingly toppled him. Booting Mark ‘Raytheon’ Esper after the fact simply highlights this fact. Now, […]
