As you can see the movie won a ton of awards, this was 1999, 16 years on due to the Internet bandwagon of hatred these things are no longer acceptable. For me it’s a music video, it is art, the young girl is an actor playing a part with Shia LaBeouf, nothing more, nothing less. What you see above with ‘Lolita’ is a movie where a 40 year old man falls deeply in love with a 14 year old girl. At this period in our species existence, it was allowed. But thanks to porn and the internet Shia LaBeouf will be getting called all sorts of names. The World has gotten too PC too quickly and people jump on bandwagons. Can I see where people are coming from? Of course, but in reality it is acting. I added ‘Lolita’ to show how much our world has changed over the years. When ‘Frankie Goes To Hollywood – Relax’ music video was not allowed, we look at some music videos now and it is almost porn. In-fact in many cases the video to the music is porn.

THE paedophile debate is raging once more on Twitter after a video showing Shia LaBeouf scrambling around with a dishevelled 12-year-old for a music video. The troubled 28-year-old wrestles and fight in a cage with Dance Moms star Maddie Ziegler featuring in the new promo for the singer Sia’s track Elastic Heart. Sia had already predicted the paedophile criticism for the video, and true to form, Twitter exploded in conservative LaBouf bashing. “I anticipated some ‘pedophelia!!!’ cries for this video,” said the Chandelier singer. “All I can say is Maddie and Shia are two of the only actors I felt could play these two warring ‘Sia’ self states.

The dancer also appeared in Sia’s Chandelier video. In the video for Elastic Heart, shelooks a little worse for wear, wearing a fringed blonde wig and skin-coloured leotard as she goes stir crazy within the cage of her mind

Sia admits, she’s a bit taken aback by the level of outcry: “I apologize to those who feel triggered by Elastic Heart, my intention was to create some emotional content, not to upset anybody.”

The stars of the video can be seen climbing up the cage, wrestling, play-fighting and jumping on each other in ‘artistic scenes’ with Shia topless and also wearing flesh-coloured clothing. At one point, he is seen gently touching her hair as the pair lie on the ground before he places one hand on her shoulder and she quickly jumps up and darts off. Twitter users took to the social media site to slam the video, with one writing: “Sia’s “Elastic Heart” video is disgusting. Desperation of Maddie’s mom for her daughters fame and Sia’s leftover brain cells from drugs.”

Hollywood actor Shia, who appeared in the sexually explicit film Nymphomaniac ,classes himself as a meta-modernism and is known for being controversial. He also alleged he was raped by a woman during his ‘#IAMSORRY’ art exhibition last year. Elastic Heart has already clocked up more than three million hits on YouTube after appearing on Vevo. Another outraged viewer posted on Twitter: “So this sia video is disgusting and inappropriate for a 12 year old.”

Towards the end of the video, during a minute of silence, Shia is seen grasping for Maddie through the bars and she tries to pull him through and is visibly upset.

A Message To The World, My World

I am not special in the sense I am above anyone, nor am I below anyone, I am changing, events in my life have brought me here, free will, my choice, I lost people but in reality, they lost, how can I lose someone who didn’t like me? 😀 See the irony? I have reached a place many won’t or can’t. The power of the love I feel today and yesterday and as day turns to night then day again, perpetual motion makes it stronger. I feel alone in the sense I am being taken on a journey of love and enlightenment. I have yielded temptation and turned to the opposite, However, for tempted meaning enticed or attracted, the opposite effect could be repulsion. For the adjective tempted, there is the opposite un-tempted, or even discouraged, so I am going with ‘Self Control’ I am in a place now many don’t get but I don’t expect anyone to get it. I do however hope the 5 special girls in my life try and understand. 3 are adults 2 are my Daughters both below 5 years old, they will love me as Daddy no matter

When I was younger I so wanted to be a singer, I tried to learn the guitar so many times now my guitar has moved house and settled with a new family. I live in a World now I feel so disconnected to I find it hard to define this World. We look and see evil all around us, yet individual acts of love and kindness exist should we choose them. Yeah, we have choice, sadly many make choice out of not fear, but through the thoughts of others. I could say “Keeping up with the Joneses” but I would be wrong, yet close, people afraid to live and free themselves because a friend or loved one will judge, is that right? Are we to live worried and look to others for reactions to our actions? I don’t, I stopped being that guy. I became what I was indented to be. So I ask what stops you? Whoever you are, wherever you are. I asked for a stage once not long ago and I had 1,000,000 people, kind people, read what I write, that blew me away. In an instant I changed but the change is still happening.

When we lose we get something back in return. I will try layman’s terms more so for myself, your house gets broken into, you lose everything you have, but wait, your insurance gives you it all back, so in the end when we lose we gain something. I lost with the brutality of Satan himself but refused to bow at his knees, I took another path that has led me here, taken me to this spot in life, I will change more so YOU have the decision to make, not me. I talk to anyone I know or who knows me. I will go right ahead and change into what I am changing to, I don’t mean to hurt you, I could never do this, you said I changed, you were right.

Please don’t deny me the change you don’t understand. I am love now. I left behind criminal life, I left behind idiots wanting to be the ‘The big guy’ This is not my place in life no more. I spoke with a well known guy a while back, he changed also. He said “Same tree, different leaves” and he was right

This, none of this is about me, it’s about ‘US’ and always will be. You are on your path, I am on mine, maybe one day our paths will meet instead of being parallel to each others.

I have my stage now, I have the audience I craved to tell my story. I am halfway through writing a book but have to change it often because the change in me is so fast and drastic, but it will be written in a way where I hurt nobody.

I live a life where as long as I know what I have done is correct, then I am happy. I have 2 little girls to help grow up and teach the same way I did with my two sons, they are amazing kids so my partner and I did good, now we must take these same values and bring two little girls up in a World where hatred, gossip, idle talk and more are the order of the day. My Job now as ‘Daddy’ are to make two wee girls understand choice is always there for them, then like their big brothers choice will be theirs to make, until that moment, we will help these two bundles of love grow. To you special 5 girls in my life, I love you for what you are not who you are, I love you, just you, I don’t pick and choose what to like or not like about you, I could but if I do I become someone else, see we have choices, love, smile, happy, yet often we, me included get lost in the middle of love and hate, many are stuck there for life, I am walking towards love and I don’t have a care in the world who judges me for choosing to be me 🙂 That is human instinct, I decided to leave that be, so can you. Just live and love and you will see a different world, a world I can see now, I am 41 now, not 21, I see through a man’s eyes but never looking back to talk to a confused kid who moulded me into the man I am today, why should I? He helped me get to this exact stage of my life and I love it, do you? x

Taboo Series: Religion, Scripture and logical thinking

As part of my ‘Taboo’ series I want try and get my own mind around certain topics. I don’t and would never try to call into question another’s happiness, so this really is me asking simple questions. Today the title say it all, Scripture Vs Logical Thinking. I have said many times ‘Religion ruins our World’ then I backtrack and say ‘But in reality it is the people in Religion’ And I am one of many to believe this, for some reason Atheism is now classes as a religion, I ask how can non-belief in religion, the bible and all it tells us makes people who don’t believe these words religious in anyway, strange huh.

I will give a few examples where we apply logic and see the story is impossible. The first one is ‘Noah’s Ark’  The bible tell this story here:

Noah’s Ark (Hebrew: תיבת נח‎; Biblical Hebrew: Tevat Noaḥ) is the vessel in the Genesis flood narrative (Genesis chapters 6–9) by which God saves Noah, his family, and a remnant of all the world’s animals from the flood. God gives Noah detailed instructions for building the ark: it is to be of gopher wood, smeared inside and out with pitch, with three decks and internal compartments; it will be 300 cubits long (137.16 m, 450 ft), 50 wide (22.86 m, 75 ft), and 30 high (13.716 m, 45 ft); it will have a roof “finished to a cubit upward”; and an entrance on the side. The story goes on to describe the ark being afloat throughout the flood and subsequent receding of the waters before it came to rest on Mount Ararat. The story is repeated, with variations, in the Quran, where the ark appears as Safina Nuh (Arabic: سفينة نوح‎ “Noah’s boat”).

The Genesis flood narrative is similar to numerous other flood myths from a variety of cultures. The earliest known written flood myth is the Sumerian flood myth found in the Epic of Ziusudra.

There is no scientific evidence supporting a global flood. Searches for Noah’s Ark, sometimes mockingly referred to as “archaeology”, have been made from at least the time of Eusebius (c.275–339 AD) to the present day. Despite many expeditions, no scientific evidence of the ark has been found.

Now let’s apply logic. Look at the time this is meant to have happened, I ask how Kangaroo’s left Australia, I ask how Polar Bears managed to get down from the North Pole, how did the Moose get from the North Americas? Now please remember the time, year and technology of the time, this is vital here. I could go on and on with any animal. A friend and I debated this lately and I love to debate, many assume hatred or ‘Point scoring’ but all that does is reaffirm my belief that Religion causes hatred division and more. I believe this story could be true but true in a sense of Noah’s time, Noah’s World, his place and his time. Try and do this today, 2 of every species, all 4 Million plus species of Animal, 2 off each and try get them onto a boat that would have to be huge, perhaps a mile long and don’t forget half of every species would have eat the other half, unless the boat was 10 mile long with cages for every species, long shot right? and remember the species that have perished as a species by the hand of man. Now there is a loophole for two species, this would be the swimming and flying animals. There is just no way this fete could be done in 2014, never mind the time stamp the bible would have us believe, this story for me is IMPOSSIBLE. Many have faith in the story and are scared to let logic into the story. I go back to the Woman I spoke to who didn’t believe Dinosaurs roamed Earth’s surface many millions of years ago. There is faith and there is stupid blind faith. Again I mean no disrespect but to believe things logic or Science (I will get to Science) would tell them is ‘Impossible’ because it is.

This one I know people will have an answer for but I am going to take in a whole new direction.

Above is scripture I have no idea what bible it came from or the verse and all that. The problem I have with Religion and the Bible is ‘Life’ God is said to have places 2 Humans on Earth, one man, one woman, the woman being made from one of Man’s ribs. Why? Why would God take a Rib from Man to create Woman? He is all powerful and all able right? Why didn’t he just put a woman there? When I read this I see an ‘Anti Woman’ type argument. So Man had to give something up in order for Woman to live? or be created? I don’t get that.

It was proven life can live in many places, just lately life was found to live on the outside of the International Space Station (ISS) Now this brings huge implications to the Bible argument. Life can exist half a mile below and in Ice. Life can exist near a Lave fisher 5 mile down on the seabed, life is extraordinary, it is more than amazing. We have the ‘Creationism Vs Evolution’ question and it can be hard to believe either. If Man (Why always man?) came from Apes then I ask ‘Why do we still have apes and not what they evolved from’ You follow? If we came from Apes where is the lineage from before Apes? What did Apes evolve from? Therein we have the ‘Missing Link’

The Philae lander has found organic molecules – which are essential for life – on the surface of the comet where it touched down last week. The spacecraft managed to beam back evidence of the carbon and hydrogen–containing chemicals shortly before it entered hibernation mode to conserve falling power supplies. Although scientists are still to reveal what kind of molecules have been found on comet 67P/Churyumov-Gerasimenko, the discovery could provide new clues about how the early chemical ingredients that led to life on Earth arrived on the planet.

Above is Comet 67P/Churyumov-Gerasimenk, the Philae lander spaceship detected life on a COMET! How versatile is life? Isn’t it amazing? Life can and does exist anywhere and in any condition. Life has survived many ‘E.L.E’s’ Extinction Level Events and every time, life has survived thus allowing me to write this and you to read it. I don’t have the answers and something I can be sure is neither do you. You have ‘FAITH’ You believe with all your heart these impossible feats in the Bible are true to the point of writing. Every word is believed.

The Irony is, Science will in the end tell is what is true and what is impossible, can you feel the irony? Talk it up peeps. I hope debate can happen here

When we place ourselves in a private bubble, we turn to love

When it became clear to me all these years ago I had Chronic Pain and other stuff wrong with me, I did not think it would impact my life the way it has. When I was told, I was still working and still active as a football coach and manager (Soccer for anyone in the USA)

Then the pain came, and the pride took a mauling. I wasn’t the same me, I had become someone I didn’t like, I had to learn to like myself all over again, and it was the hardest thing I have done, and to some extent, still doing

I speak to many people in pain, and just by listening I am helping them, and sometimes when you really listen you can tell that the person’s life is not what it once was. There is the argument, and this, again, is where my guilt comes from, when I realise somewhere, people are worse than me, people are dying, and live in a worse place than I do. But I have to remind myself this is my life, my story I am writing about, and I do it to help both other people and myself

I am blessed with my home, my kids, my partner, and my close family who I miss terribly. I say miss terribly, because when the pain came I placed myself in an imaginary bubble, where I was safe. And this is common for people to do. I stopped visiting people and made up excuses when people wanted to visit me. This is normal behaviour, and I cry a lot knowing I want to be with loved ones more. I am missing life due to the pain, and the bubble I am in, so I must fight! I must, in my late 30’s break away from it before I am stuck for good, but I am sure too many people care for me and love me for them to allow me to do this

Somewhere in my subconscious I know I had or have to change this. I harbour ideas of getting back into Football management, and then my head drops as I know it will hurt. So I have a decision to make, do I stay in this bubble in pain, or do I get back out there and face the word, and be in a bit more pain. The answer is very easy, but doing it is not. I have tried so many times to break the bubble, close the door on the bubble, only to step back inside when my pride got dented for whatever reason.

When I see people I have not seen for say 10 years, they think I am the same Shaun, and I am, but they don’t know the pain, they don’t know how the pain hurts just me, but the people around me. My family love me and I am blessed in knowing this, just typing it brought a smile to my face. Long story, something happened today, with a family member that made me smile

So we all have a bubble, some stay in it for a short time, some longer, some never escape it.  I know many people who suffer depression do this, they have another word for it, they just “Hide away from the world” I call it “In my bubble” So when I speak to people who do likewise, we help each other.

A girl I know just helped me, a small act of individual kindness from a woman I love. What she just did made my day and put a smile on my face and I can’t thank her enough. So even today, both the girl I am speaking about and I learnt something. And that is what living is, learning to cope, and learning what is happening when you step out of the bubble, or allow someone into your bubble. The people in my house get in my bubble, not many others do. A girl I know just entered it

For anyone living in a bubble, or hiding from the world, know it does not have to be this way, you can show your face, you can go out, you are brave enough and you can do it. Why do I know this? I know this because every time I blog, or share, I open my private bubble to the planet. So anyone who does a blog and hides from the world, you are not alone to the world, you are asking strangers to enter your world.

I hope people understand what I am talking about here, for me it is very personal

If God’s Words are a Metaphor, surely ‘Imagine’ is also

Imagine by John Lennon is a song that will stand the test of time, no argument, it is a masterpiece. One thing that I struggle with is when people say “Why would we want no Heaven and no religion too” I don’t think this was what John was actually meaning, he sang for world peace and like Bob Marley, JFK and his Brother, Malcolm X, Martin Luther King and many more who came with the same message, they were killed, or shot, every time someone with a message of Hope and Peace comes along they get killed. Jesus, the good book tells us came to Earth, he was killed, if Jesus came again, I truly believe we would kill him again. Satan runs this blue globe, we just have people who believe in God and too many Religions

There are some lyrics in his song people are offende at. NOW, When I ask a religious person who live by their chosen book about say, Noah’s Ark, we know the story is not entirely true, but there may be truth somewhere in the story, two of every Animal on a boat today would be impossible. I get told “Shaun it’s a metaphor” People dislike that line “Imagine there’s no heaven” but look right over many other lines in the song “Imagine all the people living life in peace” There are other lyrics in the song that just ask for what many want, but sadly many deny themselves and everyone else through religion. I mean two Kangaroo’s, two Elephant’s, think where the location is, we all know the ‘Noah’s Arc’ Story is impossible, even today it’s impossible, so it’s a ‘Metaphor’ Same as “Imagine there’s no Heaven”

So when people say to me “I don’t like Imagine, why would we want no heaven” I don’t get offended I get confused, not to the stage I want to cry 😀 But I see God as the way, religion was man made, so is flawed. John Lennon believed in God then stopped, he is quoted many times saying religion poisoned his soul, there is a song below, he wanted love and peace, his message was simple, his song’s a metaphor. But when he sang “Imagine there’s no Heaven or religion” REALLY, think, imagine there was not, nor religion, would the World not be a better place? His song was a metaphor, we can’t have our cake and eat it, I ask if the fear of Death makes people add religion to their lives. John also said “We measure God through our Pain” 

All I know is, for me and what I see, people turn to God in times of trouble, I do also, but I also thank God when things are going good, how many don’t do this. My mother told me “Never talk Religion or Politics” Well sadly I am very opinionated and in this blog I cover both subjects. I dislike the fact we can’t talk religion on the presumption it WILL cause an argument, if that is so, then am I right? I am asking here, I mean to offend nobody, my big ‘ol brain just got turning on this one

Religion is not the problem I said it a few blogs ago, people are. I was playing this song earlier and I remember I put it on my Song of the day once and got abuse for it, yeah abuse from religious god loving people

John isn’t saying “Imagine there is no God” IT IS A METAPHOR, he is singing about a World of peace. The exact same metaphor as most if not all of the bible, stories with a truth behind them. We can’t know the bible is true, we can only have faith in its words. If anyone can show me every word is true, bring it on. But I don’t need words to love MY God, same God you love, and to pray every day

Just Imagine a life, a world with no religion, just people loving God, now would that not be good? Also Lawyers and CEO’s, but that is another blog.  I truly believe people who dislike Imagine need to educate themselves on the meaning of the song. I ask MANY questions from many people about God and the Bible and am told “It’s a Metaphor” Also the peace sign, it’s NOT Jesus upside down on the cross, it means Nuclear disarmament People must educate themselves away from a book, I can prove this but many will believe as they do anyway, like the woman I spoke to who didn’t believe in dinosaurs http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Peace_symbols

Many times people have unfollowed me for saying these things, I think these people bring my blog to be true. To dislike someone for asking a question, well they were never a friend. If you have faith and believe every Word of your book, I respect that, but open your mind, just for a second and think away from that book. There is a saying here in Scotland “Never trust anyone with one Book” The joke I believe is or was aimed at Islam, again I have no problems with Islam, just the fundamentalists, but we have Christian fundamentalists in the Westboro Baptist Church.

So I ask, if people who hate all Muslims due to fundamentalists are for real, then should everyone hate all Christians because of Westboro Baptist Church. I am asking a question and I would appreciate ADULTS debate. I may even learn something. I also can’t get my mind around people who want to talk about Gay Marriage and Abortion when the World is on the brink of war! STOP FIGHTING OVER WHO MADE THE WORLD AND US AND COME TOGETHER ON WHO IS KILLING IT AND US!!

I did a blog in my old blog Prayingforoneday and someone, a woman I called a friend said “You can’t ask that, it’s stupid” then unfollowed me. This is a woman of God, but sadly her religion made her hate. I ask, do you think  religion makes people hate? There are over 5,000 religions on Earth, why is this? So many branches coming off the same tree of life and all throwing stones at each other

God I love and pray to every day, religion causes so many issues, but it’s the people in religion who hate over 1 song for example.

Organic molecules ‘LIFE’ detected by ‘Philae lander’ on Comet 67P

So there is ‘Some’ form of life on Comet 67P that has been beamed back to Earth from the Philae lander. Imagine for a second life was all over. We have ‘Almost’ proved there was or is life on Mars. Imagine life was all over the place. I think it is arrogant from us a species to presume we are the only life out there in the vastness of Space. The Historical, future and religious consequences are HUGE here

The Philae lander has detected organic molecules on the surface of its comet, scientists have confirmed. Carbon-containing “organics” are the basis of life on Earth and may give clues to chemical ingredients delivered to our planet early in its history. The compounds were picked up by a German-built instrument designed to “sniff” the comet’s thin atmosphere.

Other analyses suggest the comet’s surface is largely water-ice covered with a thin dust layer. The European Space Agency (Esa) craft touched down on the Comet 67P on 12 November after a 10-year journey. Dr Fred Goessmann, principal investigator on the Cosac instrument, which made the organics detection, confirmed the find to BBC News. But he added that the team was still trying to interpret the results. It has not been disclosed which molecules have been found, or how complex they are.

But the results are likely to provide insights into the possible role of comets in contributing some of the chemical building blocks to the primordial mix from which life evolved on the early Earth. Preliminary results from the Mupus instrument, which deployed a hammer to the comet after Philae’s landing, suggest there is a layer of dust 10-20cm thick on the surface with very hard water-ice underneath.

The ice would be frozen solid at temperatures encountered in the outer Solar System – Mupus data suggest this layer has a tensile strength similar to sandstone. “It’s within a very broad spectrum of ice models. It was harder than expected at that location, but it’s still within bounds,” said Prof Mark McCaughrean, senior science adviser to Esa, told BBC News. “People will be playing with [mathematical] models of pure water-ice mixed with certain amount of dust.”

He explained: “You can’t rule out rock, but if you look at the global story, we know the overall density of the comet is 0.4g/cubic cm. There’s no way the thing’s made of rock. “It’s more likely there’s sintered ice at the surface with more porous material lower down that hasn’t been exposed to the Sun in the same way.” After bouncing off the surface at least twice, Philae came to a stop in some sort of high-walled trap. “The fact that we landed up against something may actually be in our favour. If we’d landed on the main surface, the dust layer may have been even thicker and it’s possible we might not have gone down [to the ice],” said Prof McCaughrean.

Scientists had to race to perform as many key tests as they could before Philae’s battery life ran out at the weekend.

On re-charge

A key objective was to drill a sample of “soil” and analyse it in Cosac’s oven. But, disappointingly, the latest information suggest no soil was delivered to the instrument. Prof McCaughrean explained: “We didn’t necessarily see many organics in the signal. That could be because we didn’t manage to pick up a sample. But what we know is that the drill went down to its full extent and came back up again.” “But there’s no independent way to say: This is what the sample looks like before you put it in there.”

Scientists are hopeful however that as Comet 67P/Churyumov-Gerasimenko approaches the Sun in coming months, Philae’s solar panels will see sunlight again. This might allow the batteries to re-charge, and enable the lander to perform science once more. “There’s a trade off – once it gets too hot, Philae will die as well. There is a sweet spot,” said Prof McCaughrean. He added: “Given the fact that there is a factor of six, seven, eight in solar illumination and the last action we took was to rotate the body of Philae around to get the bigger solar panel in, I think it’s perfectly reasonable to think it may well happen. “By being in the shadow of the cliff, it might even help us, that we might not get so hot, even at full solar illumination. But if you don’t get so hot that you don’t overheat, have you got enough solar power to charge the system.” The lander’s Alpha Particle X-ray Spectrometer (APXS), designed to provide information on the elemental composition of the surface, seems to have partially seen a signal from its own lens cover – which could have dropped off at a strange angle because Philae was not lying flat.

Defining life in a confusing World

Little Shaun, me, Isle of Skye, I was maybe 10 years old, I don’t know

A question I always ask myself is ‘Why’ This could apply to any given situation through my history, my life or Earth’s history. As many know I love to research but I also love to research how far my own feelings define me as a 41 year old lad from Scotland. See my life was never easy but I felt it was. It is very hard to explain. Where there should have been hurt, pain and more, there was not. I sometimes challenged myself to have feelings and all along I did, I just denied myself ‘Feelings’
I told my story once and I will share it here. The reason for this article being about me and not news is because I really do hope I can get more friends, understand people better and understand our World better. I grew up in a bad place, a bad area of town I now know to be bad, at the time I thought was heaven, at the time being a kid, I knew no better, it was my existence. Not until you walk away from something do we see it for what it is, not what we hoped or thought. I am called a ‘Writer’ these days but don’t see myself as such. People in my life will say ‘Oh Shaun you are a writer now’ In an instant I think ‘No I am not’ But I guess I am in some form. Had someone told me I was doing this at this moment in time in my life 20 years ago I would have done a bad deed. This was my life for a long time. I had a dysfunctional family, we were loved but hurt was always there, I guess young Shaun to the left in that boat refused to see or feel the hurt.

This is ‘Ace News Services’ and I know many will be thinking “This isn’t news” Well let me explain this. Why I write this today. I want to help Ace News become global, this is my Editors design and I follow his lead, it’s why I closed ‘Shauny News’ with almost 1,000,000 (1 Million) hits in 5 months. See I never cared for ‘Well done’ or ‘Congratulations’ I guess I hate flattery. I have asked many times why this is and I always come back to the answer ‘Other people helped’ and this is true. If you are reading and you write also then isn’t what you write inspired by others? It is never about numbers of for me, it’s about quality. Quality over quantity. But for people to understand why I write as I do, I must share why I came to be today.
I am disabled now, yes I know, ‘Boo Hoo’ So I have time to sit and think and I am not my best company. What I mean is I get bored being alone, I am not good company for myself. Over time I found a source of company that many call ‘God’ and that is my source of not being alone. Many will go to Church or Read the bible or both, me? not yet I say. I have a relationship with God. I told my Mum the other day in a text, I don’t know if she believes me but I can only be me. The past can keep a person trapped in the past without them knowing or understanding. I let the past go, today I laugh, Smile and love life. Only when I am around certain people do I see the past again. I am trying to change this and I will. I just need time. Often a song can change us, define us, make us see something different, bring love to our door. This is my Song with my Partner. This song saved my life. My Partner showed me ‘Real Love’ a real life, a different life, a ‘Perfect Day’

Today I am no longer the tortured soul I once was after all the bad things I did. But I believe in Karma. I am in agony always, this is my Karma hurting me for the bad I did. I ask, what is your Karma? I am asking out loud not to one person. I said to a loved one, a person I would die for “You don’t know me” And I was right to say it, I said it in the wrong context. So I guess I should have said “We don’t know each other no more” But time heals all things I am sure of this. Only when we understand there are problems can we mend them. Sure I open my soul to the World a lot but I would rather be known for telling the truth, being Shaun and being honest. Why make yourself out to be something you ain’t? My 20 year old son left the family home 2 weeks ago now and I was deeply upset. A family member, saying what he felt needed said and meaning it in the right way said “Grow a pair” He may be right. But for me to change now would be an outcry on myself.

See, we are all alive, sadly some choose to become dead, dead to feelings, dead to the World and dead to themselves. I have never figured this out, but I will. I guess we all carry ourselves in a different way. Anyone with Fibro will know Fibro speaks for us sometimes. When stress happens, pain happens. For me to get people I truly love deeply to just understand that line, no more, no less, is hard. I need loved ones to know I smile, I am blessed, and I am happy. The past hauntes me, I can’t change the past so I don’t let it define me. It can haunt away, it won’t beat me. I can’t allow it. So here I am, love me, hate me, like me, struggle to understand me, whatever. Here I am!

Music, Love, Light, Stepping out of the Dark, not letting hurt define us……

Often I will post a song in an article and later post it on it’s own. I did post this earlier in an article to the people in Washington state School shooting. It is the first time I had heard this song. And I must say it moved me. When we strip a song back to JUST lyrics it becomes more powerful. This song ‘Again’ like many others touched me in a place I can’t describe. It sends a message of something, I think it’s love. I am MORE than man enough to say ‘I cried’ when I watched this a few times. Too often in our World people stop at emotions in every day life because ‘It is not the way’ Well World, to hell with you (I mean people rules) I am a man, I fear no man, I would kill should the circumstances be right. I sometimes wonder if I am the only man on Earth with these deep rooted feelings and emotion, then I realise I am not. I don’t do ‘Tough Guy’ stupidity, I don’t do on-line gangster stuff. I live and feel and love and care and share. Am I wrong to feel this way? I used to doubt, but these day I just say, as I did above ‘To hell with the World’ and be Shaun. Should I refuse my feelings I become fake, I become something and someone else right? I mean if we deny our true feelings and hide them away what are we doing? I grew up rough and tough but life got good, I am a blessed man as I type this. Living in pain is my daily routine but I don’t let it define me. There is one person in the World I am more, gentle around, and that is my Mum. I ask often to myself ‘Why is this’? The answer I get back in my mind is ‘Respect’ I was brought up with a Father who allowed bad things to happen. I was brought up by a Mother who had my well being in her heart. As I get older the love and caring and sharing pour out of me and onto these screens you read. In real life they do also, but to a VERY limited amount of people. My Dad, My Brother and of course Dawn my Partner. The 3 people who listen to my love and my ever changing self. I say that because every day I change, I learn, I become someone new because I allow my mind to be free and open to love and light. Sometimes I truly wish someone in power, good power, somewhere on Earth would say “Shaun, here is a soap box, go for it” And speak to the WHOLE WORLD in a language that got JKF, John Lennon, Martin Luther King, Gandhi and many more killed and Bob Marley shot. I believe there are many people with this same love, same spirit, same way, same everything. Some of us get a stage, the rest of us try to reach people in other ways. The more I grow as a person, the more the days pass and day turns to night the more I learn and I really do want to spread a message of light and love. When we think ‘What will others think’ We become society, we become part of a notion that dictates who we are, who we become. I am neither above nor below any person, I am equal, I am ‘Shaun’ Take me or leave me, love me or hate me. I lose no sleep over the latter

Make Love, Now War – Poem

This is a song, we have all heard it and for me it is a song that resonates into my soul in a way I just can’t find words for, nor explain. I love music for many reasons. Music is the only true universal tool we have as a species that we can all share, music is the most powerful form of expression on this blue globe. Sometimes we all listen to a song and love it, but we don’t fully acknowledge the lyrics and the message they tell. I changed the lyrics of this song to a poem and by doing so I think it captures the song in a different light. As I said we all love music. I love Avicii, but I can listen to this music also. I guess we all listen to different music dependent on our mood in a moment. Spend time reading the lyrics of a song, strip it bare and truly understand the message. I cry a lot when I hear “What can I do to change the World” Here is some advice, don’t try to change the World, just change your World, give it a try, please, humanity needs you

Are You Waking Up To Something You Don’t Understand? – Test Your Soul Here

All around me, for the first time ever I am seeing people waking up, waking  up to a World we don’t understand. People I speak to who used to ‘mock’ this talk are now agreeing or saying ‘Yeah I feel it’ So we ask simply  “What is IT” Well let’s look at some signs and you can tell me if you are awake or not. Call it a mini experiment if you can

There is no doubt the Earth is evolving spiritually. People are experiencing intense changes within their life, work, behaviors and personal relationships. Many are awakening at a rate that can only be described as phenomenal. So how do we know if we are awakening? Here are 25 common characteristics you may find in yourself and others. Some of you may experience things not on this list and I encourage you to share your experiences in the comments below. We are all unique and many of us are experiencing phenomenon that are difficult to explain at this time. We are all learning from each other.

I don’t read many books but do read a LOT on-line, I can read the same page for hours while I listen to music. Knowledge = Power of the mind = Knowing things, gut feelings, just a strange knowing. I woke up to a truth that was so brilliant I actually struggle to put it into Words. I do try, but fail. It isn’t a word, it’s a feeling, a connection, a knowing, it is surreal to say the least

Open Your Mind – Transformational/Motivational Subliminal Video

1. Being in public places is sometimes overwhelming. Since our walls between self and other are dissolving, we haven’t really learned to distinguish between someone else’s energy and our own. If the general mood of the crowd is herd-like or negative, we can feel this acutely, and may feel like retreating into our own private space. When we have recharged our batteries with meditation, spending time in nature, far away from other people, or just sitting in quiet contemplation, we are ready to be with the masses again. In personal relationships, we often will feel someone else’s emotions as our own. It is important to have this higher sense of empathy, but we must learn to allow another person’s emotions while observing them and keeping our empathy, but, realizing that not all emotions belong to us. Social influence can dampen our own innate wisdom.

2. We understand our current paradigm, more than we understand ourselves. We see the big picture and marvel and the duality of our world including why polarity consciousness has brought us to where it has today. We no longer see life choices and right or wrong, good or bad, just choices defined by the neutral frequencies that we later define. Unity consciousness is allowing us to spread the message of unity consciousness to all of humanity that will allow us to heal our division and change the misery of our human beings to abundance within a global community filled with love for each other and not fear of each other.

3. We know things without having to intellectually figure them out. Often called intuitive awareness, we have ‘a-ha’ moments and insights that can explain some of the most complex theories or phenomenon in the world. Some of the most brilliant minds of our time just ‘know.’ Adepts and sages often were given downloads of information from higher states of consciousness after meditating or being in the presence of a more conscious individual; this is happening for more people with more frequency. As we trust our intuition more often, it grows stronger. This is a time of ‘thinking’ with our hearts more than our heads. Our guts will no longer be ignored. Our dreams are becoming precognitive and eventually our conscious thoughts will be as well.

4. We acknowledge our imperfection and how beautiful it is to be an imperfect version of our true selves. We thrive on challenging only ourselves, and not through competition at the expense of another, especially since we have no need to judge those who are exactly where they need to be.

5. Watching television or most of main stream media, including newspapers and many Hollywood movies is very distasteful to us. The mindset that creates much, but not all, of the programming on television and in cinema is abhorrent. It commodifies people and promotes violence. It reduces our intelligence and numbs our natural empathetic response to someone in pain.

6. We no longer have a need to attach our love to material things, understanding that it only leads to misery because we are not learning to love ourselves and others. The mentality only leads to further acquisition of more things. Although things too are part of consciousness, they do not allow humans to accelerate the mass consciousness required to change the world. Only love for ourselves and others can do that. Love is knowing the deservability and worthiness of all. We are loved so unconditionally by Creation that we can even choose to believe that we are not loved.

7. Lying to us is nearly impossible. We may not know exactly what truth you are withholding, but we can also tell that something isn’t right. We also know when you have other emotions, pain, love, etc. that you aren’t expressing. You’re an open book to us. We aren’t trained in counter-intelligence, we are just observant and knowing. While we may pick up on physical cues, we can look into your eyes and know what you are feeling.

8. We may pick up symptoms of your cold, just like men who get morning sickness when their wives are pregnant. Sympathy pains, whether emotional or physical, are something we experience often. We tend to absorb emotion through the solar plexus, considered the place we ‘stomach emotion’ so as we learn to strengthen this chakra center, we may sometimes develop digestive issues. Grounding to the earth can help to re-establish our emotional center. Walking barefoot is a great way to re-ground.

9. We tend to root for the underdog, those without voices, those who have been beaten down by the matrix, etc. We are very compassionate people, and these marginalized individuals often need more love. People can sense our loving hearts, so complete strangers will often tell us their life stories or approach us with their problems. While we don’t want to be a dumping ground for everyone’s issues, we are also a good ear for those working through their stuff.

10. We don’t feel the need to awaken every person we see. Within a few sentences we can interpret their level of comfort in discussions relating to consciousness. When necessary, we plant a seed and if it’s meant to grow it will. We understand that attempting to awaken those who are not ready is toxic to their sensibilities.

11. If we don’t learn how to set proper boundaries, we can get tired easily from taking on other people’s emotions. Energy Vampires are drawn to us like flies to paper, so we need to be extra vigilant in protecting ourselves at times.

12. We are all becoming healers. We naturally gravitate toward healing fields, acupuncture, reiki, Qi-Gong, yoga, massage, midwifery, etc. are fields we often find ourselves in. We know that the collective needs to be healed, and so we try our best to offer healing in whatever form we are most drawn to. We also turn away from the ‘traditional’ forms of healing ourselves. Preferring natural foods, herbs, and holistic medicine as ways to cure every ailment.

13. We see the possibilities before others do. Just like when the church told Copernicus he was wrong, and he stood by his heliocentric theory, we know what the masses refuse to believe. Our minds are light-years ahead.

14. We are creative. We sing, dance, paint, invent, or write. We have amazing imaginations.

15. We fully accept that we can only attract what is within our vibrational field. There are no experiences that we can obtain in physical form without attracting them from a vibrational perspective. That includes the most horrific experiences and the most beautiful ones. What we are learning to do is accept relationships and experiences for what they are. People and experiences are serving as reflections to teach us something about ourselves.

16. We don’t question what love is, why it is or how it presents itself. We know it is everywhere, in everyone and everything, all permeating and infinite.

17. We require more solitude than the average person.

18. We might get bored easily, but we are really good at entertaining ourselves.

19. We have a difficult time doing things we don’t want to do or don’t really enjoy. We really do believe life was meant to be an expression of joy. Why waste it doing something you hate? We aren’t lazy, we are discerning.

20. We are obsessed with bringing the truth to light.

21. We don’t live in fear of anything. Any and all changes coming, no matter how much they are perceived as negative or dramatic on our Earth, are being designed by us. We have past the point of no return and the Earth is ascending to a higher state of consciousness. Nothing will stop it now

22. We can’t keep track of time. Our imaginations often get away with us and a day can feel like a minute, a week, a day.

23. We abhor routine.

24. We often disagree with authority (for obvious reasons). Some people call it “anarchy” without a true understanding of what that word or our governments really are.

25. We will often be kind, but if you are egotistical or rude, we won’t spend much time with you or find an excuse to not hang out with people who are obsessed with themselves. We don’t ‘get’ people who are insensitive to other people’s feelings or points of view.
