KIDS ON THEIR KNEE’S AS COP POINTS GUN AT THEM – WTF AMERICA

I don’t know what’s worse, someone calling on kids having a snowball fight or the Cop getting his gun out on playing in the snow. Actually I jest, people are sad enough to call the police here too, but for a grown man, a police officer, a cop, who you in America pay his wage, to point a loaded gun at kids playing in the snow, well if you don’t think America is a police state after watching the video from ‘Live Leak‘ below, you are in denial and stupid, I am sorry, it’s that simple. You guys deny this happens and allow it to happen. I can’t even feel sorry for you any more America, this is ridiculous & embarrassing for your whole country. I will link up below, I seen this in live leak, an American run website to show you how and why you are a police state. Ironic hardly any of you even go near what the likes of myself write, that’s alternative news. A Snowball fight America, and the chances of a kid being shot were 50/50 here, keep this in mind, America, you are a ‘Police State’ You going to just ignore this? I don’t get you, I am lost. If this happened in my culture the Cop would be slapped and sacked.

This video picks up the action in the middle of things so it is not clear from the video what transpired beforehand. The video shows an NRPD officer using obscene language, ordering the already-kneeling youths to remain down. The officer is holding his firearm with both hands, pointed directly at one of the youths. He then approaches the young man, briefly frisks him with one hand while holding onto his firearm.

#PoliceState USA – Cop caught with 4 pounds of marijuana at home won’t be charged

By @ShaunyGibson – Used to be @ ShaunyNews Via: http://rt.com/usa/

If any more proof of a police state USA was ever needed here it is, by the day cops are above the law. America is now run by criminals in Government, Congress, CEO’s and a Police Force allowed to be above the law. I tire saying this but America you are a Fascist State. Below are many examples of a police state, my words and the actual meaning. This cops job was to hand all drugs into his office of work and log it in the system, he kept it in his car!

Wake Up America: The Rise of the Police State
Via Police State USA on You Tube

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Police_state – Police state is a term that originally designated a state regulated by a civil administration, but since the middle of the 20th Century, the term has “taken on the emotional and derogatory meaning of a government that exercises power arbitrarily through the police.”The inhabitants of a police state experience restrictions on their mobility, and on their freedom to express or communicate political or other views, which are subject to police monitoring or enforcement. Political control may be exerted by means of a secret police force which operates outside the boundaries normally imposed by a constitutional state. Robert von Mohl, who first introduced the rule of law to German jurisprudence, contrasted the Rechtsstaat (“legal” or “constitutional” state) with the aristocratic Polizeistaat(“police state”)

https://acenewsdesk.wordpress.com/?s=Police+State

A California police officer already being investigated by the District Attorney’s office was discovered with four pounds of marijuana in his home, but he won’t be charged with possession. His future on the force, however, is uncertain. K-9 police officer Joe Avila, a veteran with the Richmond Police Department, has been on administrative leave since September after an internal investigation found he failed to file more than three dozen police reports.

One of those reports involved the seizure of four to five pounds of marijuana. Instead of storing the pot in the department’s evidence locker, Avila stored it in the trunk of his car and home, and failed to file a police report about the seizure. The Contra Costa County District Attorney’s Office, which has been investigating the case, said it is not inclined to file charges. The county’s chief public defender, Robin Lipetzky, told The Contra Costa Times the evidence is not strong enough to produce a conviction.

The incident happened on November 25, 2013, when Avila picked up a box containing the marijuana from a UPS store. He radioed a dispatcher to say he would file an incident report, but that never happened and the marijuana never found its way into the department evidence locker, a violation of police policy.

Instead, the marijuana ended up in his Oakley home. According to police sources, officers are required to follow strict guidelines about labeling, packaging and storing potential evidence. They must also file a police report before the end of their shift unless special circumstances dictate they don’t.

When questioned about his missing incident reports, Avila told investigators that he used two pounds of the marijuana to train his police dog in February 2014. When pressed, he acknowledged there may be more in the trunk of his K-9 patrol car or at his house. During their search, police found marijuana in the home.

No Indictment: Michael Brown and Eric Garner Protests Nationwide

Via Huey P. Newton on You Tube

Tragedy has happened but I see a Nation waking up to the Police State that got 2 Cops away with Murder. I am delighted to see this. It is sad what happened. R.I.P to both the guys murdered by Cops. One who quit with $1 Million in donations and from a TV interview, just wrong, wrong, wrong. In both cases there should have been a court trial. In Ferguson 22 people said the EXACT same story, I am guessing because they are ‘Black’ A word you Americans just can’t stop using, is the reason nobody believes them and why they were not allowed to tell the story to the Grand Jury. In New York a cop chocked a man to death saying “I can’t breath” America, you are waking up to a police state!

NYC DEMONSTRATION FOR ERIC GARNER – IS AMERICA FINALLY WAKING UP?

NFL players and NBA basketball stars have shown their support for protesters angered by police violence against African American suspects. Cleveland Browns cornerback Johnson Bademosi wrote the words “I Can’t Breathe” on the back of a shirt he wore before Sunday’s NFL game against the Indianapolis Colts. Detroit Lions running back Reggie Bush also had the slogan written on his warm-up shirt.

The slogan has been used to call attention to the death of Eric Garner, who died after a New York police officer used a chokehold during an arrest in July. A video of the arrest showed Mr Garner saying “I Can’t Breathe” after he was placed in the chokehold.

Last week a grand jury decided that it would not indict the police officer. Bademosi said he wore the slogan to call attention to the case, which he described as “ridiculous”. “It’s not an us-against-them thing. It’s about us standing in solidarity with those of us who know what’s going on,” he said. Bush said he felt “touched” by the public outcry about violence against African Americans in recent weeks. “Honestly, I’ve always been the quiet kid. I’ve always been the one who’s reserved, to kind of sit back and not really get into politics and things like that,” he said.

“But I don’t know why I just felt some kind of… I guess the situation just touched me. “It’s kind of resonated with me. Not because I’ve been through a similar situation or because I’ve seen anybody go through it. “I just really felt terrible about what was going on these past couple of weeks.”

On Saturday, Chicago Bulls basketball player Derrick Rose wore the message on his T-shirt while warming up for an NBA game. There were violent clashes in California on the weekend as demonstrators took to the streets to protest the killings of African American suspects by white police officers.

Protesters in Berkeley threw bricks, rocks and pipes at police, who fired tear gas and smoke canisters to quell the crowds. Peaceful demonstrations have also been held in New York, Philadelphia, Chicago, Miami, Las Vegas and Seattle, and a number of other cities. The protest in Berkeley took place hours after mourners gathered at the New York funeral of an unarmed black man shot dead by police on 20 November. Akai Gurley, 28, who had a two-year-old daughter, was killed when a police officer opened fire in a dimly-lit staircase at a Brooklyn apartment building. Friends and relatives filed past Mr Gurley’s open casket at the Brown Memorial Baptist Church to pay their respects.

The funeral came after a series of deaths of black suspects, including 18-year-old Michael Brown, who was shot dead in Ferguson, Missouri, on 9 August. His death followed that of Mr Garner, a father of six who was killed in a chokehold by police in New York in July. In both cases a Grand Jury voted not to indict the white officer involved, sparking widespread anger. Last month, 12-year-old African American Tamir Rice was brandishing a replica gun when he was shot dead in Cleveland, Ohio, by police only seconds after they arrived at the scene.

Eric Garner Cop Murderer Walks Free – As Racist America Shows Again

Protests erupt in New York after a grand jury declines to indict a white police officer who used the banned hold on Eric Garner.

Protests erupt in New York after a grand jury declines to indict a white police officer who used the banned hold on Eric Garner.

If we are ever in doubt that the USA has turned into a semi racial country here is the proof. We have seen twice in a week where a Cop who committed murder were allowed to walk free. In Ferguson cop ‘DARREN WILSON TO RECEIVE $1 MILLION DOLLARS’ https://acenewsdesk.wordpress.com/2014/12/02/ferguson-darren-wilson-to-receive-1-million-dollars-from-tv-and-supporters/ and here we see another cop who killed a man for NOTHING walking. The cop was charged with homicide at the start as I reported https://acenewsdesk.wordpress.com/2014/08/02/nypd-cop-that-killed-eric-garner-charged-with-homicide/ now he walks away. Lets remind ourselves of exactly Garner did to deserve to die shall we? Now when you watch this, you tell me, did the man deserve to die and leave a family in ruins? While the family of the Murdering Cop walks away to a better life, exactly as happened in Ferguson. Something is wrong America, it’s called #A Police State# and I am glad to see people protest in the USA, about time you all did something. Trust me, change is coming to the USA in the form of the Government making the Police State stronger or the people stand up and remove the corruption that makes America a hard to place to live if you are black. This is TRAGIC to sit and watch from over here in Scotland 😦

The mother of Eric Garner who died after he was put in a chokehold by an NYPD officer has said the US justice system has failed her. It comes as a grand jury decided not to indict Officer Daniel Pantaleo, who was captured on video using the banned hold on Mr Garner on 17 July as he was arrested in Staten Island on suspicion of selling loose, untaxed cigarettes. Gwen Carr, Mr Garner’s mother, said she was “truly disappointed” by the decision. “I don’t know what video they were looking at. Evidently it wasn’t the same one that the rest of the world was looking at. “How can we put our trust in the justice system when they fail us like this?

Via LiveLeak on You Tube – The Police Answer

“This thing is just breaking my heart, just pulling me apart.” Esaw Garner, the 43-year-old’s widow, said she did not accept an apology from Office Pantaleo. She said: “He’s still working, he’s still getting a paycheck, he’s still feeding his kids and my husband is six feet under and I’m looking for a way to feed my kids now. “Who’s going to play Santa Claus for my grandkids this year? Who’s going to do that now?” Rights campaigner Reverend Al Sharpton called on the federal government to intervene in police cases. He said: “We are not going away. It will not get too cold, it will not snow too high. “This is going to be a winter that we’re going to freeze out police brutality in this country.”

Answer – Will Eric Garner’s Wife wont forgive the Cop Who Killed Her Husband

Officer Pantaleo, 29, said in a statement it was “never my intention to harm anyone and I feel very bad about the death of Mr Garner”. He added: “My family and I include him and his family in our prayers and I hope that they will accept my personal condolences for their loss.” The grand jury decision sparked protests in New York, as demonstrators blocked traffic and staged a “die-in” protest during rush hour in Grand Central Station. US Attorney General Eric Holder announced on Wednesday that the US Justice Department will conduct a federal investigation into Mr Garner’s death. President Barack Obama said the grand jury decision emphasised the need to strengthen trust and accountability between the community and law enforcement. The grand jury decision follows a similar ruling in Missouri not to indict a white police officer for shooting dead unarmed black teenager Michael Brown Jr. That decision sparked violent protests in Ferguson and demonstrations across the US.

White teen killed by black cop in Alabama mirrors Ferguson – But no outrage! – Racist USA

Research, Research, Research. I know you get bored with me saying it, but through a ton of research over the past few days I looked HARD for a ‘Black Cop” killing a “White Kid” and low and behold, I found one. It is a two year old case now but never hit the media at all, it slipped under the radar or Main stream media. If we ever need proof America is a very racist place, with racism going both ways, this is the ultimate proof. Where was the social outrage? Where was the looting and fighting? Why were ‘White People’ not told the news at 8pm like last week in Ferguson in order to make black people look bad. Make no mistake, this is EXACTLY what happened in Ferguson earlier this week. It was made to happen. Just ask “Why tell a very angry mob outside who are ready to be angry, and rightly so, at 8pm” See when we apply logic to a story, the story becomes more than a story, it becomes something else. Anyone with 2 brain cells will understand what I am saying here. that is weird. I am still trying to fathom this. A  ‘Black Cop kills a White kid’ and no outcry? hmmm puzzling

A two-year-old case involving the shooting death of an unarmed 18-year-old white man by a black police officer is gaining attention on social media in the wake of this week’s protests and rioting in Ferguson, Missouri. Gilbert Collar, a white, unarmed 18-year-old under the influence of drugs was shot and killed Oct. 6, 2012, by Officer Trevis Austin, who is black, in Mobile, Alabama. Despite public pressure for an indictment, a Mobile County grand jury refused to bring charges against Officer Austin, concluding that the officer acted in self-defense.

The circumstances mirror those of the Aug. 9 shooting death of Michael Brown, a black unarmed 18-year-old under the influence of drugs by Officer Darren Wilson, who is white, in Ferguson.A St. Louis County grand jury’s decision Monday not to indict the officer ignited violence and looting in Ferguson and days of protests nationwide against racial injustice. The discrepancy in the reaction to and coverage of the two grand jury decisions has not been lost on social media, where critics are citing the Collar case to counter those who say Brown was the victim of racism in both law enforcement and judicial system.

On Thursday, the website Conservative Tribune headline trumpeted the case: “Unarmed White Teen Gunned Down by Black Cop … Where’s the Outrage?”

Former CNN host Piers Morgan blasted the police response in Mobile days after Collar was killed, saying he “didn’t deserve to die,” but otherwise the case has received little attention outside Alabama, prompting critics to accuse the national media of a “whiteout.” Said Julie on Twitter: “Hello? Media? Two years, and still only crickets. Where’s Al Sharpton for #GilCollar?” Critics also note there has been no rioting or sustained protest in Mobile, even though the slightly built Collar, unlike Brown, never touched the officer and, because he was naked when he was shot, was more obviously unarmed. Both shooting victims were found with marijuana in their systems.

“There’s riots for #MikeBrown but none for #GilCollar,” said one commenter, @samstuff, in a Wednesday post on Twitter. “Nobody burnt buildings to the ground for them,” said commenter Gomer Pyle on Twitter, referring to Collar and Dillon Taylor, a white 20-year-old shot Aug. 11 by a minority police officer in Utah. “You never even heard of them until now.” Others have pointed to the cases as evidence that police are routinely using excessive force against young men no matter what their race. “To those of you who called #MikeBrown a thug please reconsider your stance on the issue now that the thug is a white male, who the system failed as well!” said India Washington on Instagram. In what may be a sign of things to come in the Brown case, parents Bonnie and Reed Collar filed a wrongful-death lawsuit against the officer in July.

NYPD Cop that killed Eric Garner charged with homicide

Video footage shows Mr Garner struggling to breathe

Video footage shows Mr Garner struggling to breathe

I blogged this NYPD cop killing a man with a choke hold, well the Cop is being charged with homicide.

https://acenewsdesk.wordpress.com/2014/08/02/nypd-cop-that-killed-eric-garner-charged-with-homicide/

The New York City medical examiner’s office Friday confirmed what demonstrators had been saying for weeks: A police officer’s choke hold on a man being arrested for selling loose cigarettes killed him. Eric Garner, 43, died July 17 after being confronted by police on Staten Island for allegedly selling cigarettes illegally. During the encounter, Garner raised both hands in the air and told the officers not to touch him. Seconds later, a video shows an officer behind him grab the 350-pound man in a choke hold and pull him to the sidewalk, rolling him onto his stomach. “I can’t breathe! I can’t breathe!” Garner said repeatedly, his cries muffled into the pavement.

The cause of Garner’s death was “compression of neck (choke hold), compression of chest and prone positioning during physical restraint by police,” said Julie Bolcer, a spokeswoman for the medical examiner’s office. The death was ruled a homicide. Acute and chronic bronchial asthma, obesity and hypertensive cardiovascular disease were listed as contributing conditions in a controversial death that sparked anti-police demonstrations and calls for a federal investigation. Douglas Auer, a spokesman for the Richmond County district attorney’s office, said the investigation into the death was continuing. “We await the issuance of the official death certificate and the autopsy report,” he said in a statement.

Eric Garner suffered a cardiac arrest

Eric Garner suffered a cardiac arrest

The U.S. Justice Department has said it is monitoring the investigation. If local prosecutors decline to file criminal charges, the federal justice department could conduct an investigation into whether the victim’s civil rights were violated. “The District Attorney will be examining the case to determine if the use of the choke hold was necessary to subdue and arrest Garner, or was an excessive use of force resulting in death,” CNN legal analyst Paul Callan said. A former deputy chief of homicide for the Brooklyn District Attorney’s office, Callan said a choke hold does not violate state law but is prohibited by NYPD guidelines on excessive force. There was no immediate reaction from Garner’s family but they were expected to speak at a Harlem rally with the the Rev. Al Sharpton on Saturday. Mayor Bill de Blasio Friday expressed his “deepest sympathies” to Garner’s family.

“My administration will continue to work with all involved authorities, including the Richmond County District Attorney, to ensure a fair and justified outcome,” he said in a statement. “We all have a responsibility to work together to heal the wounds from decades of mistrust and create a culture where the police department and the communities they protect respect each other … I’ve said that we would make change, and we will. As mayor, I remain absolutely committed to ensuring that the proper reforms are enacted to ensure that this won’t happen again.

The video of the incident showed the Staten Island man lying on the ground motionless after he was taken down by a group of officers. An asthmatic, Garner was later declared dead at a nearby hospital. Police said he suffered a heart attack and died on the way to the hospital. “This is a terrible tragedy that occurred. … A terrible tragedy that no family should have to experience,” de Blasio said after the death, calling the video of the incident “very troubling.” Garner, a grandfather with six children, had a lengthy criminal history, including more than 30 arrests, and had been previously arrested for selling untaxed cigarettes in May, according to police. But demonstrators in New York called the police response during his arrest excessive and criminal.

On July 19, Garner’s friends and family rallied with Sharpton in Harlem, demanding a full investigation into Garner’s death. Officer Daniel Pantaleo, who is seen on the video choking Garner, was put on modified assignment and stripped of his badge and gun amid the investigation, the New York Police Department said. A second police officer was placed on desk duty. The choke hold tactic is prohibited by the NYPD.

‘Gentle Giant’ Dies After NYPD Cop Puts Him In Chokehold

Two EMTs and two paramedics also were suspended without pay, according to Erika Hellstrom, vice president of development at Richmond University Medical Center. In a statement, Patrolmen’s Benevolent Association President Patrick J. Lynch called Pantaleo’s reassignment “a completely unwarranted, kneejerk reaction for political reasons.” He said the move “effectively pre-judges this case and denies the officer the very benefit of a doubt that has long been part of the social contract that allows police officers to face the risks of this difficult and complex job.”

On Friday, the police union expressed “sympathies and prayers” for the Garner family and said it stood “firmly in support of all police officers” put in difficult circumstances. “Police officers don’t start their days expecting or wanting something like this to occur in the performance of their duties,” PBA president Patrick Lynch said in a statement. “The ME’s report indicates that Mr. Garner was a man with serious health problems so there will have to be a complete and thorough analysis of all the factors that played a part in this tragedy. We believe, however, that if he had not resisted the lawful order of the police officers placing him under arrest, this tragedy would not have occurred.”

Police Commissioner William Bratton ordered an extensive review of the NYPD’s training procedures after Garner’s death. After a two-hour meeting with NYPD Training Commissioner Ben Tucker last week, Bratton ordered a “top to bottom review of all the training that this department provides to its personnel, specifically focusing on force, how do we train our officers for a takedown, how do we train them to use the various levels of force that they’re authorized to use.” “I would anticipate that coming out of this effort that there will be a retraining of every member of the New York City Police Department in the weeks, months and potential years ahead,” Bratton said. What led to choke hold death
