The Soldiers On The Front Line In War & Their Families. American Sniper, The Movie

Love and hurt all in one image

Love and hurt all in one image

By @ShaunyNews > This is a blog I am almost opposed to, it’s about war and what it does to the people who enter it’s cold shadow, I dislike war, I dislike illegal War but I am looking past all what I believe loved ones and their own. The image to the left is the utter reality of War, make no mistake. When we look at these  men and woman who are putting their lives on the line wherever they are from in the World, fighting this ‘War on Terror’ a terror only getting worse as we have seen in Australia, France and lately and the ones before where the terror came home to us all, we often forget the psychological cost it has on the individual. We see them on the news and we seen images of them coming home We have to ask, the person that left the first time from family and loved ones on their first tour, is that person the same person who returned  home after their last tour?

I just watched an amazing movie “American Sniper’ and seen firsthand what War  can do and does do to people when they finish their tours for good and come back to civilian life and struggle, they want to be back in that war zone or the war zone has killed their minds.

American Sniper – Official Extended Trailer

I just sat and watched this movie about an American Soldier. He was famous, called the ‘Legend’ true story. He did his tours he came home, he battled the demons and became husband and Daddy all over again. Amazing story, I can’t ruin the ending, but if this movie doesn’t win an Oscar for telling up close and personal the tragic part of war, not the killing and fighting, but for those left at home. The parents, the partners, wives and children. I cried at the end, but I know crying is ok, it is what makes us humans, human, so I guess I am human.

Reality of War is much harder than many see. The people who give things up to protect our streets back home. I guess when I say all the time ‘I love movies’ is because a movie is acting out of reality, especially this movie. The hurt and pain I felt but could not imagine having to do. I get why Soldiers go over and want to keep going. It that ‘Band of Brothers’ feel to it. Woman fight also, but you know what I mean. Why I said it at the top

Chris Kyle. American Sniper, his story played amazingly by Bradley Cooper

Understanding pain is something we all must one day confront, I guess I confronted it a long time ago and know how blessed I am to be here and have loved ones who love me. If I could fight I probably would you know, sadly I am disabled now, 41 years old and fighting a different fight, the same fight we all fight, that is life, so take it for granted, whatever your story. Many have it worse so if you can read this, you are lucky, I just hope and pray one day wars can end and peace can happen. Sadly we are closer to a big war than we have been since the start of the Cold War, so more men and woman will go and fight because they feel they have to go and do that, we must respect that person right?

Well it looks likes ISIS/IS have been given a huge helping hand to take over Syria pushing Assad to the South west of his country. This is a big thing for ‘The thing for the new Islamic State’ in reality this just allowed ISIS or whoever they call themselves these days time and space to get bigger. I did this article here a while back asked for all who sided with them to come to “The Territory” My thinking, with John McCain meeting the heads of ISIS were “SET UP” Get them all there and bomb them, job done, go home and bob’s your Uncle. Well it hasn’t went this way at all. And ISIS gave a map of  where they hope to take, very similar to Hitler. Links at the bottom of the page to this and McCain speaking to ISIS/Islamic State, I am unsure if these guys killed were the ones the USA were supposed be arming with Weapons, and not for free, so what gives? I smell a RAT!

Nearly fifty senior commanders of a major coalition of Islamic ‘moderates’ opposed to ISIS in Syria have been killed by an explosion at their secret command bunker as they met to discuss strategy against the the Islamic State.

The blast in the Northwest region of Idlib, Syria on Tuesday killed senior members of rebel group the Ahrar-al-Sham brigade (AaS), including leader Hassan Abboud and 45 others including senior members from other rebel alliance groups, reports The Times. The Idlib region stands in AaS territory, but it is close to the front-line with ISIS in neighbouring Aleppo.

Sources dispute the source of the blast, with it being unclear whether it was an opposition group, suicide bomber, or accidental explosion at a nearby ammunition dump. Regardless, the incident will destabilise and possibly tear apart the AaS group and associated Islamic Front Coalition which was recently described as “the most powerful armed group in Syria”. Islamic group Ahrar-al-Sham, whose name translates as ‘The Free Men of Syria’, is one of many movements competing in the inter-rebel conflict in Syria. A number of rebel groups are presently fighting each other as well as besieged Syrian President Bashar al-Assad, whose power base is in West and South-West, for overall control of the Region.

As the main rival to ISIS for control of Syria, the AaS blast if not orchestrated by the Islamic State will certainly be greatly beneficial to them. The ‘decapitation’ strategy, targeting Ahrar-al-Sham’s political, military and spiritual leadership is reminiscent of the United States’ targeted strikes against the leadership of Al-Qaeda. The death of Abboud and his followers in Idlib highlights the difficulty of Western involvement in the conflict, where enemies of the apparent first enemy ISIS also make fairly poor potential allies. Many members of AaS have come from groups like Al-Qaeda and would in any other context be considered hard line Islamists.

The Ahrar-al-Sham brigade has also been extremely critical of Western involvement in the conflict. In an interview before his death leader Abboud rejected the Geneva peace conference saying: “We see Geneva as a tool of manipulation; to derail the Syrian revolution away from its goals and objectives …. Whatever outcome the conference may yield, will be binding on the Syrian National Coalition only. For us, we will continue to fight for our revolution until we restore our rights”. Ahrar-al-Sham has appointed a new leader, Hashim al-Sheikh, who will attempt to hold together the fragile coalition which has lost most of its senior thinkers and strategists. al-Sheik said the attack “will only make us more resilient to fight and continue the fight until we liberate our homeland” on Wednesday.

This happened a few days ago, you may or may not know about it. I have had my head buried in the Pro-Scotland movement

**BREAKING** Reports Of Second US Journalist Beheaded By IS

horrific video Tuesday that appears to show the beheading of 31-year-old Steven Sotloff.

horrific video Tuesday that appears to show the beheading of 31-year-old Steven Sotloff.

The freelance journalist was last seen in Syria in August 2013 until he appeared in a video released online last month by the Islamist group which showed the murder of fellow American journalist James Foley, who was also beheaded.

Sotloff appeared dressed in a similar jumpsuit in Tuesday’s footage which was entitled A Second Message To America.

A masked figure in the video warned governments to back off “this evil alliance of America against the Islamic State”.

Sky’s Dominic Waghorn said Site, a US video monitoring agency in Maryland, said the video showed Sotloff being beheaded by the same man, believed to be British, who killed Foley.

White House spokeswoman Jen Psaki described the reported act as a “horrific terrorist act”.

She said the video was yet to be verified – and would not be drawn on whether current events meant the US was at war with IS, formerly known as ISIS and ISIL.

Ms Psaki said it was clear the US was concerned by the threat of IS to western and Middle East interests which is why President Barack Obama was working towards building a coalition to address the threat.

British Prime Minister David Cameron said: “I have just seen the news. It is an absolutely disgusting and despicable act. I will be making a statement later”.
