Well this story is picking up steam very quickly and is about to rock the World in many ways. The UK Main Stream Media are all over this story today. They picked it up late last week and today have went a step further, a few have not went with this story implicating the Queen of England, but if proven, this is a game changer for the UK and the USA where Bill Cosby is the first and certainly not the last famous person that will be named and shamed. For readers outside the UK a dozen and more TV Celebrities have been spoken to by police, taken to court and many jailed and rightfully so. Here is all I have blogged about this so far, it started with the TV people and I said it would lead to 10 Downing Street (Where the UK Prime Minster lives) and also to Buckingham palace (Queen’s Mansion in London) I am told, sorry I have learnt through research more girls and boys have came forward to the police.

The teenager at the centre of a Royal sex abuse scandal was introduced to the Queen in London, her father has claimed. Virginia Roberts, the alleged underage “sex slave” of Prince Andrew’s billionaire friend Jeffrey Epstein, was “so excited” to meet the Queen, her Father told the Sun newspaper in the UK. Sky Roberts, 58, said: “Virginia told me a few years back that she met Prince Andrew when she went to London. “She also said while they were there she met the Queen. “She had been flown to London by Jeffrey [Epstein]. He would fly her all over the world and she would give him massages on his private jet.” In its third statement on the matter, Buckingham Palace denied the claim: “We have no record of such a meeting.”

Daily_Mirror_5_1_2015Prince Andrew, whom Buckingham Palace this weekend denied had “any form of sexual contact” with Virginia Roberts, has returned to the UK from a skiing holiday in Switzerland to manage the crisis enveloping the Palace. American billionaire Epstein, a convicted sex offender whose friendship with Prince Andrew has long been a source of controversy, has been accused in a US civil lawsuit of running a sex trafficking ring for rich and powerful men — including the Prince, according to court papers filed on behalf of “Jane Doe 3”, who has been named as Virginia Roberts.

The court documents in the US legal action relating to Epstein, in which the Duke of York has been named but not as a party to the action, allege that the then 17-year old Roberts was forced by Epstein to have sex with Prince Andrew on three occasions — in London, New York and as part of an orgy on Epstein’s private Caribbean island. Buckingham Palace issued a statement on Friday that said “any suggestion of impropriety with under-age minors” by the Duke was “categorically untrue”. In the court documents, Roberts states that she was invited to Epstein’s Florida mansion as a 15-year-old before becoming his “sex slave” from 1999 to 2002.  She claims to have been passed around “politically connected and financially powerful people” to help Epstein ingratiate himself for “business, personal, political and financial gain as well as to obtain potential blackmail information”

Mr Epstein a close friend of Prince Andrew spent only 13 months in a Florida prison for having sex with a 14 year old girl, anyone else would have got longer, this is what Power, Money and Influence buys you in the ‘Elite’.

Harvard law professor Alan Dershowitz – who is also named in the court papers – said the claims against him were part of a pattern of “made-up stories” by the woman and her lawyers against prominent people. Prof Dershowitz, who represented Epstein in the 2008 case, said that he would not rest until he had shown that the claims regarding his conduct were false and he advised the Duke to do everything in his power to clear his name. “My only feeling is, if she’s lied about me, which I know to an absolute certainty she has, she should not be believed about anyone else,” he told the BBC Radio 4 Today programme. “We know she’s lied about other public figures including a former prime minister and others who she claims to have participated in sexual activities with, so I think it must be presumed all her allegations against Prince Andrew were false as well.”

But in a statement released through her lawyers to The Guardian, Roberts hit back, saying: “These types of aggressive attacks on me are exactly the reason why sexual abuse victims typically remain silent and the reason why I did for a long time. That trend should change. “I’m not going to be bullied back into silence.”

UK Government decision to close fund helping disabled people live independently ruled lawful

Iain Duncan Smith decided on 6 March this year to close the Independent Living Fund

A government decision to close a fund which would allow disabled people to live and work independently has been ruled lawful by a High Court. The decision to shut down the Independent Living Fund (ILF) by 30 June 2015 was made by Work and Pensions Secretary Iain Duncan Smith in March this year. The High Court was asked whether Duncan Smith had unlawfully failed to discharge his public sector equality duty (PSED) under the 2010 Equality Act by closing the fund.

The £320m ILF fund currently provides support to allow 18,000 disabled people to live and work in their community rather than residential care. The Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) previously warned that closure of the fund “will result in loss of dignity and independence for many ILF recipients”.

Judge Justice Andrews, sitting in the High Court, has ruled that the closure was lawful following an appeal, but added she knew the decision would be of “great disappointment” to some. Richard Hawkes, chief executive of the disability charity Scope, said following the decision the care system in the UK is now “on its knees.” He said: “Scope is very concerned about the closure of the Independent Living Fund, because it’s likely to lead to fewer disabled people being able to live independently. “Funding will be transferred to councils, but there will be no guarantee that the money will be used to support disabled people to live independently, or that former ILF users will receive the same levels of support, given the pressures on local authority finances. “The care system is on its knees. Chronic under-funding and year-on-year rationing mean that too many people that need help to get up, get dressed, get washed and live independently face a daily struggle for support.” “With its recent care reforms, the government has set out an ambitious vision for the future of social care. But if this vision is to become a reality, social care needs sustainable funding”.

The Department for Work and Pensions said: “This government is absolutely committed to supporting disabled people and we continue to spend around £50bn a year on disabled people and their services.”

Trainspotting Actor Peter Mullan Hits Out At ‘Bullying’ Scottish Referendum No Campaign

Many more are seeing the lies and fear being spread!! At the right time

Many more are seeing the lies and fear being spread!! At the right time

More people are having a REAL go at the No campaign, the BBC and other political liars, THANKFULLY we Scot’s are too smart to take in the lies. So we share the lies on Social media. Back in 1979 when we were lied to in the same circumstances of where we are now, we believed Westminster. Now with Social Media lies and anger and mistruth’s are shared almost right away. Yes Scotland see the lies, we have had enough, so has Peter!

#ChooseYes

Trainspotting actor actor Peter Mullan has hit out at “scaremongering” by anti-Scottish independence campaigners, branding it “deeply insulting and very patronising”. Mullan, who played Swanney in Danny Boyle’s 1996 film Trainspotting, made the comments as he campaigned for a Yes vote in Glasgow with Scottish Deputy First Minister Nicola Sturgeon. His comments came in the wake of reports that shoppers could have to pay higher prices if Scotland votes for independence next week, and that banks and financial institutions such as Royal Bank of Scotland could move to London.

Alex Salmond has accused the UK treasury of trying to smear the Yes campaign by confirming RBS’s plans to journalists. Actor Mullan, who also starred in Children of Men, is Scottish and described himself as a ‘lifelong supporter’ of independence. He said: “The scaremongering of the last few days was hardly surprising, it wasn’t unexpected. “We all knew that they were going to throw the kitchen sink at us and now they’re basically ripping apart the entire kitchen, it’s plates, cups, saucers, knives, forks, they’re throwing at us. “It makes me angry because it is bullying of the highest order and it is intolerable.

“In fact it is getting wearisome, every day you wake up and it’s like ‘what will they come up with today, what will they dream up about this catastrophe that will befall us all?’ “It’s deeply insulting and very patronising, this notion that all of us, for the last 2,000 years, hadn’t realised how useless a country we were, how we were incapable of doing anything and how, if as part of a democratic process we choose to determine our own fate, our own destiny, then we are looking towards complete economic meltdown. I find that really insulting. The actor and director said he had never understood why Scotland “didn’t run our own affairs”.  He added: “It was just like an instinct. It’s like breathing. This is something we should never be having to ask ourselves, whether we control our own country.” He also said a Yes vote would be “huge” for Scotland’s arts and cultural sector, claiming: “It will be massive, it will unleash a huge level of creativity we couldn’t even have dreamt of 10, 20, 30, 40 years ago. The confidence it will give to the creatives in our country is incalculable.” While polls increasingly suggest the contest between pro and anti independence campaigners is too close to call, Mullan insisted: “I think it’s going to be a Yes. “When people go into that little booth and they see that very simple question, I really believe a lot of folk who are undecided, when they really think about it, when they go with their heart and their head, I think they will vote Yes.”
